IMPOSSIBLY EASY SOUTHWESTERN PIE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 1/2 cups corn
8 medium green onions, chopped
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup shredded chedder cheese
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400F. Spray 9-inch pie plate with nonstick spray. Layer corn, onions and beans in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Whisk remaining ingredients together. Pour into pie plate. Bake 35-40 min or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 min before serving. Serve with salsa.
