Everyday Grilled Burger image

I have some really outlandish burger recipes posted, but I thought I would post one that is my favorite and it's actually very down to earth. HEALTHIER BURGER suggestions: Use whole wheat bun 93% ground beef or turkey 2% cheddar cheese

2 lb ground chuck
2 portabello mushrooms, sliced
1 sweet or red onion, sliced
black pepper, favorite other seasonings
4 hamburger buns

Steps:

  • 1. Make your patties, press down in the center to make a "well". This allows the patties to cook more evenly.
