Emeril's Coffee image

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 oz kahlua
1 oz cocoa powder
1 oz amaretto
hot coffee
sweetened whipped cream, for topping

Steps:

  • 1. Pour 1 ounce Kahlua into 1 coffee cup saucer.
  • 2. Put the cocoa into another saucer.
  • 3. Dip the rim of an old-fashioned glass first in the Kahlua, then in the cocoa.
  • 4. Add the remaining Kahlua and the amaretto to the glass.
  • 5. Fill the glass with hot coffee and top with whipped cream.
