This is a popular drink in Austria and is sometimes called a Hugo.

- prosecco (enough to fill 3/4 of a glass)
1 tablespoon(s) elderflower syrup
- soda water (enough to fill the remainder of the glass)
- mint leaves
1 slice(s) lime

Steps:

  • Pour all ingredients into a wine glass and stir. Add ice.
