Pimento Cheese and Bacon Crostini image

2.5 cups White Cheddar Cheese
2.5 cups Orange Cheddar Cheese
7 ounces Pimientos
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Cayenne Pepper
40 slices Toasted Baguette
4 pieces Bacon

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°
  • Spread the pimento cheese on the toasts
  • Top with the bacon and bake until the cheese is melted and browned
