Steps:
- 1. Heat tomatoes in iron skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Stir flour into stock and whisk until there are no lumps.
- 3. Stir flour/stock mixture into hot tomatoes, whisking as you stir.
- 4. Bring to a boil and stir until thickened.
- 5. Reduce heat to simmer.
- 6. Stir in salt, pepper and pan drippings.
- 7. Simmer for at least 5-10 minutes.
