Steps:
- Prepare rice as directed on bag.
- While rice is cooking, brown hamburger in large frying pan. Add salt and pepper. Drain hamburger.
- Add can of tomato soup, mix well. Add rest of ingredients, using can from tomatoes to measure V-8 Juice and water. Simmer until rice is done cooking. Add rice and mix well.
