Easy Slow Cooker Turkey Sausage, Potatoes, and Kimchi image

This super-simple slow cooker recipe literally has 3 ingredients and couldn't be easier. Kielbasa, potatoes, and kimchi is all you need.

3 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
13 ounces turkey kielbasa, sliced
14 ounces kimchi

Steps:

  • Place potatoes in the bottom of a 5-quart slow cooker. Add kielbasa and top with kimchi. Cover.
  • Cook on High for 4 hours. Mix before serving.
