Easy Salmon Loaf image

2 cups pink or red salmon, boned and flaked
1 egg
3/4 cup liquid from salmon and milk
1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dehydrated onion
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan and set aside. Blend salmon and egg then stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Spoon lightly into greased pan. Pat into shape.
  • Bake 45 minutes until top is golden brown and crisp.
