Easy Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker image

"This is the most tender pork tenderloin I've ever eaten. The sauce is sweet and delicious."

3/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 whole pork tenderloin
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup dried pitted prunes

Steps:

  • Combine white wine and brown sugar in a slow cooker. Mix until sugar dissolves. Place pork tenderloin inside the slow cooker and sprinkle with apricots and prunes.
  • Cook in the slow cooker on Low until pork is cooked through, about 7 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
