Easy Pistachio Cake image

Everyone loves my pistachio cake I have been making it for years! Always, everyone request me to make it for there birthdays(: So moist and delicious!

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 box white or yellow moist cake mix
2 box 4oz instant pistachio pudding
1 c ginger ale
1 c vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 12 oz cool whip
1 1/2 c milk any percent
1/2 c finley chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • 1. Mix in medium bowl cake mix,1 box pistachio pudding,eggs,oil and ginger ale for about 2 minutes on medium speed until well beat pour into 12x9 inch cake pan cook on 350 degrees for 50 to 60 mins
  • 2. Topping
  • 3. Use medium bowl add cool whip pistachio pudding and milk I add a little green food coloring to give a nicer green color, mix until blended put in refrigerator until thicken, frost cake, top with finely chopped walnuts Enjoy!
