Chocolate Lush image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 stick margarine, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups Cool Whip whipped topping, divided
2 (3-ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups milk
chopped nuts (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix melted margarine and flour; press into greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375°. Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese; fold in 1 cup Cool Whip. Mix pudding with milk in separate bowl. Combine with cream cheese mixture. Pour into prepared crust. Top with remaining 1 cup Cool Whip and nuts, if desired.
