Steps:

  • 1. Place squash, bell peppers and onion in rectangular baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Pour dressing over vegetables. Cover and let stand 1 hour to blend flavors.2. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.3. Remove vegetables from marinade reserve marinade. Cover and grill squash and bell peppers 4 to 5 inches from medium heat 5 minutes.4. Add onion. Cover and grill 5 to 10 minutes, turning and brushing vegetables with marinade 2 or 3 times, until tender.
