This easy yeast cinnamon bread has a lot of cinnamon gooey goodness. Frozen bread dough is what makes this so easy! My family loves a lot of cinnamon but you can reduce the amount to your liking! I wanted a cinnamon swirl bread that didn't take a lot of hands on time and didn't dirty a lot of dishes! That is how this recipe was...

Steps:
- 1. The night before, place frozen dough loaf in fridge according to package directions.
- 2. Morning of cooking, mix together the sugars and cinnamon.
- 3. Roll out dough on floured surface until it is about 1/4 in thick.
- 4. Brush dough with melted butter. Evenly sprinkle with sugar mixture to liking, reserving about 1-2 tablespoons.
- 5. Starting with a long edge roll up. Pinch together to seal and pinch and tuck ends under.
- 6. Brush rolled up dough with butter. Sprinkle with reserved sugar mixture.
- 7. Fold in half over itself to make a shorter loaf. Pinch seam all the way around and pinch and tuck end.
- 8. In a greased loaf pan, squish dough to fit evenly in pan. Cover with plastic wrap that is sprayed with nonstick spray.
- 9. Place in warm place and let rise until doubled in size.
- 10. Bake in preheated 350°f oven for 20-30 minutes (depending upon your oven),, until top is dark brown but not burnt.
- 11. Turn off oven and let sit in oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Remove from pan immediately and place on a cooling rack.
- 12. Let rest for at least 30 minutes before cutting. I cut into thick slices, placing loaf on its side to make cutting easier with a serrated knife.
- 13. Note: this is very heavy with cinnamon flavor, you can adjust the amount of cinnamon to your liking.
