If you want to make larger Dutch Babies, measure the capacity of your baking pan and use the following proportions in the recipe above pan size 2-3 quarts margarine 1/4c. eggs 3 milk/flour 3/4c. each pan size 3/4 quarts margarine 1/3c. eggs 4 milk/flour 1c. each pan size 4-4 1/2 quarts margarine 1/2c. eggs 5 milk/flour 1 1/4c. each pan size 4 1/2 - 5 quarts margarine 1/2c. eggs 6 milk/flour 1 1/2c. each
