Dutch Apple Pie image

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil
water
2 lbs apples
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 dash salt
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup butter
2/3 cup flour

Steps:

  • Mix crust ingredients first. Make sure that when you are adding water that you do not add to much. You do not want your crust to be too sticky.
  • Roll out crust, place in bottom of 9 inch pie plate.
  • Mix filing ingredients together and place on crust.
  • Mix topping ingredients, cutting with fork till crumbly.
  • Bake pie in oven for 400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
