There use to be a drive Inn in WV. The original owners son didn't appreciate me using the name so I've changed the title. His loss not mine. Number Of Ingredients 12

2 lb ground beef
1/4 tsp cumin
Dash garlic powder
Dash paprika
3 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp mustard
7 oz ketchup
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp minced onion
2 c water

Steps:

  • 1. In a large heavy pot brown, break up (as fine or course as you prefer), and drain burger.
  • 2. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer to desired consistently.
