Dried Apricot Bread image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cup plus 1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon margarine or butter, softened
3 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine or quick active dry yeast
2/3 cup dried apricot, cut into fourths

Steps:

  • Make 1 ½ Pound Recipe with bread machines that use 3 cups flour, or make 2 Pound Recipe with bread machines that use 4 cups flour.Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except apricots in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Add apricots at the Raisin/Nut signal.Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color.
