Down Home Sweet Potato Casserole image

here is a good and tasty side casserole that will be good with anything

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 can(s) (14-1/2 oz) mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup(s) packed dark brown sugar
1 cup(s) evaporated milk
1/4 cup(s) butter, melted
1 large egg
3 tablespoon(s) all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 cup(s) chopped pecans

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 350. stir together first 8 ingredients, spoon into a lightly greased shallow 2 quart baking dish.
  • bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. sprinkle with chopped pecans.
