Steps:
- Mix first four ingredients together. Mix well until crumbly.
- In small bowl, with fork, beat together: 1/2 cup water, egg, vinegar.
- Combine the two mixtures. Divide in 5 portions in flat patties, ready for rolling.
- Wrap each in plastic wrap or wax paper. Chill at least 1/2 hour.
