Dorito Enchilada Casserole image

An easy fix and family favorite. You can adjust the heat/spice on this to suit your family's tastebuds.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 c picante sauce or salsa
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s) enchilada sauce
1 1/2 c grated cheese (cheddar or a mix)
nacho flavored doritos

Steps:

  • 1. Brown ground beef. Drain grease. Add picante sauce and taco seasoning and heat through.
  • 2. Layer a 9x13 baking dish with Doritos. Evenly spread ground beef mixture over Doritos. In bowl, combine enchilada sauce and cream of mushroom soup; pour soup mixture over ground beef. Top with additional layer of Doritos. Finally, top with cheese.
  • 3. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is slightly browned.
