CHICKEN DORITO ENCHILADA CASSEROLE
My daughter's pre-K class made a recipie book for mother's day. This was submitted by one of her classmates Great-Aunts. I added the can of chicken to give it some protein for a main dish. Yummy, easy, and fast!!

Steps:
- Mix first four ingredients and heat in a saucepan.
- Spray a 9X9 baking dish.
- Place a layer of Doritos in the bottom.
- Pour 1/2 of heated mixture on top, sprinkle with 1/2 of the grated cheese.
- Repeat.
- Heat in 350 degree oven about 20-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Can be doubled and use a 9X13 pan.
- You won't need to use all the Doritos, but that way you can munch while you cook.

Steps:
- 1. Brown ground beef. Drain grease. Add picante sauce and taco seasoning and heat through.
- 2. Layer a 9x13 baking dish with Doritos. Evenly spread ground beef mixture over Doritos. In bowl, combine enchilada sauce and cream of mushroom soup; pour soup mixture over ground beef. Top with additional layer of Doritos. Finally, top with cheese.
- 3. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is slightly browned.
