3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
3 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup raisins
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.
  • Pour into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 15 min. or until lightly browned.
