This is my go-to recipe for use on shrimp and fish; however, the other day, I tried it on some chicken breasts and it was excellent. The ingredients are common to most pantries, and if you store it in a cool/dry place it should last 4 to 5 months. Some store-bought brands are heavy on the heat, and way too salty for my tastes. When made at home, you control the heat, and salt; plus, you know exactly what is in it. If you are using with shrimp, serve with rice, and make it a meal, or serve in a bowl with some dipping sauce, and have at it. So, you ready... Let's get into the kitchen.

Steps:
- PREP/PREPARE
- I usually wind up adding about 1/4 teaspoon of the cayenne pepper, and about 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Gather your Ingredients (mise en place).
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl.
- Whisk together until combined, then place in a tightly-sealed container, in a cool/dry place, until ready to use.
- PLATE/PRESENT
- One of my favorite ways to use this is on shrimp. I throw some oil in a hot sauté pan, throw in the shrimp, and sprinkle on the seasoning, until coated. Toss in the hot pan for 4 - 5 minutes, and serve with rice and a few lime wedges. Enjoy.
- Keep the faith, and keep cooking.
