~ Dilly Creamed Cukes ~ image

Just like my mom makes! Yum!!

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 medium washed cukes, i score lengthwise with tines of fork & thinly sliced - i use a mandolin
1 small sweet onion, chopped
2 Tbsp hellmann's mayonnaise
1 Tbsp sour cream
Dried dill - i used a couple pinches
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 tsp salad supreme seasoning

Steps:

  • 1. Place cukes and onions in a bowl.
  • 2. Mix mayonnaise, seasonings, sour cream pour over cubes. Toss in bowl until cukes are covered. Cover & chill until ready to serve.
  • 3. Delish! The combo of mayo, sour cream,salad supreme and dill flavors them oh so good!
