- 1. Place water and carrots in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium.
- 2. Cover and simmer until carrots are tender/crisp about 30 minutes. Drain. Set aside.
- 3. In same pan, me;t butter. Add dill. Cook 3 minutes stirring frequently.
- 4. Return carrots to pan. Stir to coat.Cook until carrots are warm. Serve,
