2 units eggs
0.5 cups jalapeno pepper
2 ounces bologna
1 units salt and pepper
1 units butter flavor oil

Steps:

  • Spray a 2 cup plastic dish. Add eggs and stir. Add vegetables. Add meat. Add salt and pepper and give a few stirs.
  • Cook in microwave about 2 minutes with lid on.
  • Makes a high delicious omelet, fat free, carb free. If diet permits, goes well with toast or tortilla.
