Steps:
- Crush sandwich cookies. Mix with melted butter to make moist crumb mixture. Press cookie crumb mixture into bottom of glass pan. Make edges of crumb mixture slope up the sides of the pan slightly.
- Thoroughly combine milk and pudding mix. Do not refrigerate. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Slowly mix the pudding into the heavy whipping cream. Mix thoroughly.
- Spread pudding mixture over crust in 8" x 8" glass pan. Chill until firm. Spread whipped topping over pudding mixture. Dust lightly with unsweetened cocoa powder immediately before serving, if desired.
