Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2. Melt butter in bottom of pan
- 3. Mix dry ingredients and optional add ins
- 4. Stir in milks until completely combined
- 5. Carefully dollop batter over butter
- 6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until springs back to touch - depends on your oven Watch and if top browns too quickly, cover with foil
