Deviled Egg Balls Appetizer image

Another great appetizer and a great variation on deviled eggs. You can also leave the cheese out and roll them in the cheese once made into balls.

Number Of Ingredients 8

12 large hard cooked eggs finely chopped
6 slice bacon cooked and crumbled
1/2 c mayo
1 Tbsp dried minced onion
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp mustard
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
paprika

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients except for paprika together. Roll into balls. Sprinkle with paprika and let set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
