This recipe was given to me by a co-worker many years ago and it is still a "hit" today.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9 X 13 pan. In a large bowl, mix the canola oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla with an electric mixer, until smooth.
- 2. Add the remaining ingredients BY HAND, mixing well. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes. Then increase the oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for another 35-40 minutes. Cake will be done when a toothpick comes out clean. No icing required. This cake is moist and delicious. Enjoy!
