It starts with a simple tomato sauce, which gets layered on top of some cheesy toast before topping it off with some sautéed chicken. Steps:
- Take capsicum and tomato and finely chop them into thin pieces.
- Grate 100 gm mozzarella cheese.
- Then finely chop some onion into thin pieces.
- Cut three slices from bread loaf and roast them on a pan.
- Heat some olive oil in a pan and add onion in it.
- Add 1 tsp garlic paste in it and cook1 minute.
- Add boneless chicken in it and cook until golden brown.
- Then add tomato paste, lemon juice, oregano, black pepper, chilli flakes and salt in it and mix.
- Add half vegetables and some mozzarella cheese in it and mix.
- Place this cooked mixture on toasted bread pieces.
- Add remaining vegetables on it and garnish with grated mozzarella cheese and spring onion.
- Serve it hot with your favorite sauces.
