Cinnamon Spice Pecans image

I made these to take as a sampler for a fundraiser event, along with a few other items and they were a HUGE hit! I just came up with the recipe a week ago so I have not tried it on my family and friends (I live alone) but mom and dad loved them too. I think you will too. Very simple to make.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1-1/4 cup(s) sugar
6 tablespoon(s) half and half
2 teaspoon(s) pampered chef cinnamon plus spice blend
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
3 cup(s) pecans, halved

Steps:

  • Combine sugar, half and half, Pampered Chef Cinnamon Plus Spice Blend and salt in the Pampered Chef Executive 1.5-qt. covered saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat on stovetop stirring constantly.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, until candy thermometer registers 236 degrees F (soft ball stage). Remove from heat.
  • Add Vanilla. Stir. Add pecans, stirring to coat. Spread pecans out on Pampered Chef Reversible Silicone Baking Mat, to ensure no sticking, spread apart working quickly and let set to dry.
