Steps:
- Melt butter in a heavy large saucepan over medium heat. add cabbage and saute 2 minutes. Add juice, wine, vinegar, sugar, orange and cinnamon. Simmer, stirring accaisionally, until cabbage is tender and almost all liquid has evaporated, about 1 hour. cabbage can be made 1 day ahead, Cool slightly, then cover and chill.
