Steps:
- 1. Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. 2. Slowly add 3/4 C of sugar. 3. Combine bourbon and brandy, and add mixture to the yolk mixture. 4. In a seperate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, then add remaining sugar. 5. Fold egg whites into yolk mixture. 6. Add milk 1/2 C at a time stirring gently after each addition. 7. Add cream 1/2 C at a time to prevent curdling. 8. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
