DADDY'S LEMON CAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
1 small lemon jello
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
6 T. lemon juice

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together first 5 ingredients, adding eggs one at a time. Bake in an 8x12 pan 30-35 minutes. While cake is baking, mix together last 2 ingredients to make a glaze. Poke holes in top of hot cake and pour lemon glaze slowly on top.
