Steps:
- Blend dry ingredients in Cuisinart until LJ counts to 30. While running add the remaining ingredients. Blend until it pulls away from sides/shaggy ball - may need to add 1TBSP more water. Let rise for an hour or so in warmish place. Dump onto floured work surface and knead into loaf shape. Put in greased loaf pan. Cover. Let rise about an hour more. Bake at 450 for 10min. Spray water on sides and/or bottom of oven. Turn oven down to 350 and bake 25min more. Instant read thermometer about 200 degrees
