Cuppa Cuppa Cuppa Cake image

I have doubled this and there really is no need. A little goes a long way. You can also us a 15 oz can of fruit with juice and it works well.

1 c self rising flour
1 c sugar
1 c fruit cocktail, in syrup
butter, softened for coating the baking dish
whipping cream, whipped

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8-inch square baking dish with butter. Stir together flour, sugar, and fruit cocktail with juice until just combined.
  • 2. Stir together flour, sugar, and fruit cocktail with juice until just combined. Pour into buttered pan and bake until warm and bubbly. Serve warm with unsweetened whipped cream.
