CUCUMBER RAITA SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

16 oz plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber
1 cup chopped seeded tomato
1/2 cup minced red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt

Steps:

  • Spoon yogurt onto several layers of paper towels; spread to 1/2" thickness. Cover with additional paper towels; let stand 10 minutes. Scrape into bowl using spatula; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover & chill 2 hours, and stir before serving
