You won't believe you wonderful and refreshing this dip tastes. Once I start eating it I keep going back for more. Of course home grown cucumbers are always better but store bought cucumbers will work just fine when you get a craving.

Steps:
- 1. Peel cucumbers and removed seeds with a spoon. Grate cucumbers.
- 2. Drain all water from cucumbers, squeeze it in a paper towel to make sure most of the moisture is gone but don't make it bone dry.
- 3. Put all of the ingredients into a blender and mix well.
- 4. Serve cold with pita chips, white corn chips, thin cucumber slices, celery sticks, carrot sticks, grape tomatoes, etc.
