Cucumber and Cream Cheese Bagel Spread image

My passion is bagels, so I always come up with different ideas of what to serve on them. My husband and I enjoy this recipe in the mornings because it is easy to make and wonderful with a cup of your favorite coffee. Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 cucumber
3 green onions
1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp salt

Steps:

  • 1. To make in the food processor: Trim away roots from base of green onions, place in a food processor. Add cucumber. Cover and process until coarsely chopped. Add cream cheese, worchesershire sauce and salt. Cover and process until smooth.
  • 2. Transfer to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight for flavors to blend together.
  • 3. Serve on a toasted bagel or crackers.
