CUCUMBER CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
A creamy, yet light and refreshing spread that is perfect to use on crackers, baguettes, bagels or on top of vegetable slices.

Steps:
- Add cucumber to food processor bowl.
- Cut the roots off green onions and place in food processor.
- Cover and process until coarsely chopped - be sure to not over process. You want chunks not puree/liquid.
- Add cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and salt to the bowl and cover and process until smooth. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to meld.

- 1. To make in the food processor: Trim away roots from base of green onions, place in a food processor. Add cucumber. Cover and process until coarsely chopped. Add cream cheese, worchesershire sauce and salt. Cover and process until smooth.
- 2. Transfer to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight for flavors to blend together.
- 3. Serve on a toasted bagel or crackers.
