Steps:
- 1. whisk peanut butter, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and cumin and celery seed in a large bowl until blended.
- 2. add cole slaw mix, apple, red pepper and green onion. stir until evenly coated.
- 3. chill 1 hour before serving.
