This recipe complements any main meat or fish dish. And it's jazzy enough to serve with a holiday baked ham, turkey, or roast. It's easy and cost effective, and can be made in advance.

Steps:
- 1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare baking pan with cooking spray and set aside. I use a soufflet dish but a 9x9 inch pan works fine. Combine all ingredients (from cooked cauliflower to hot sauce) in a mixing bowl.
- 2. Mix ingredients well and pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Top with Panko and if you're feeling decadent, break apart a tablespoon of butter and add to the top of the bread crumbs. Bake uncovered 45 minutes
- 3. Serve with any protein of your choice. Last time I made this, I served it with meatloaf and mushroom gravy.
