Croissant Croutons image

Light, airy, and buttery. These croissant croutons are a great way to elevate any simple green salad or tomato soup. Store leftover croutons in and airtight container.

2 ½ cups croissant cubes, 1-inch wide
⅛ cup olive oil
⅛ cup grated Parmesan cheese
⅛ teaspoon garlic salt

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place croissant cubes in a medium mixing bowl. Drizzle olive oil on top and toss to evenly coat. Stir in Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Spread croissant cubes evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until toasted and light golden brown, 13 to 15 minutes. Let cool to room temperature.
