Crockpot Swedish-Style Steak image

i went out to dinner the other night and i had this steak i came up with the recipe myself and it tasted just like what i had for dinner

Number Of Ingredients 7

21/2 lb round steak
1 beef bouillon, crumbled
3/4 c water
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp dill weed
1 medium onion, sliced
1 c sour cream

Steps:

  • 1. Cut steak into serving size pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in a crockpot. Add dill, onion, bouillon cube and 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
