Crock Pot Creamy Cheesy Ham & Potatoes image

I love using the crock pot for great meals!!!!

Number Of Ingredients 9

8 large red potatoes, cubed
1 stick(s) butter, unsalted
1 - 16 z. - block, velveeta cheese, cubed
1 1/2 cup(s) ham, fully cooked
4 tablespoon(s) onion flakes, dehydrated
1 can(s) cream of celery soup
1 1/4 cup(s) milk
3 tablespoon(s) all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper

Steps:

  • In a greased (or lined with Reynold's Slow Cooker Liners) slow cooker, layer the potatoes, butter, cheese, ham & onion.
  • In a small bowl, combine soup & milk; whisk in flour & pepper.
  • Pour over potatoes. Cover & cook on low for 5 - 6 hours or until potatoes are tender. Stir before serving.
