Crock Pot Chicken (3 Ingredients Plus a Pinch!) image

This is such a great way to use up chicken legs and wings. We get our chicken's whole from a farm, so whenever I need breast meat, off come the legs and wings too! I use this recipe when I need to just throw something quick in a pot and run! My husband and his buddy came home from the gym last night and devoured the whole pot! I guess it was good. I didn't get any! :(

Number Of Ingredients 5

10 chicken pieces (legs or wings)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce or 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1 pinch ginger

Steps:

  • Wash chicken and take skin off or leave on chicken pieces (your preference) and place in crock pot.
  • Stir together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours.
