Very easy, savory stew. Throw it together in the morning, and by afternoon you have a hearty, hot meal in a bowl. Fresh potatoes and carrots can be used in place of the canned/bagged veggies I use.

Steps:
- 1. In a medium skillet, over medium-high heat, brown stew meat. I sprinkle a little of the seasoning mix onto the meat, just enough to cover in a light layer. Save the rest of the seasoning for later. Drain.
- 2. In a 5 or 6-quart Crock Pot, combine the remaining ingredients.
- 3. Add stew meat and stir ingredients together.
- 4. Cover. Cook on low setting for 6 - 7 hours, or until meat and veggies are tender. Stir occasionally.
