This was a tossed together recipe without much measuring. You can change the amount of seasonings to suit your taste.

Steps:
- 1. Cut the apples into slices without core. Set aside.
- 2. Mix apple cider vinegar and water in bottom of empty crock-pot.
- 3. Arrange the chicken breasts (you can use chicken thighs, legs, etc..also) in the bottom of crock-pot. Arrange the apple slices around and on top of chicken.
- 4. Cut up 1/2 onion into small pieces. Place in crock-pot around chicken.
- 5. Sprinkle all other seasonings over chicken and apples. Cover and cook on low heat until chicken pulls apart easily and liquid is brown.
